Business planning is essential in today's health care system allowing for optimal performance and quality goals to be documented and promoted. In addition to business planning, risks also needs to be identified, planned and mitigated to improve patient safety and quality of care. These two topics will be covered in this session to help support practice managers and practice principles in the running of your practice and accreditation.

Audience: Practice Principles and Practice Managers who are responsible for the development and maintenance of business plans and risk management.
